The Master's thesis theme is "Comparative Study of Strategy Sustenance Model in Austrian and Russian Companies", which consists of an introduction, two chapters, conclusion, applications, and list of references. In the introduction the actuality of the topic is stated, the object, the subject, purpose and objectives of the project are described. In the first chapter the essence and concept of the strategy sustenance are investigated, theoretical model of strategy sustenance is provided, as well as the comparative analysis of strategy sustenance practices in Russia and Austria are analysed. The second chapter analyzes the model of Austrian and Russian companies. In conclusion, the main findings from research and practical guidelines to help managers of Austria to conduct the organizational support for the implementation of the corporate strategy successfully in Russian enterprises are presented. Master's thesis has 80 pages, on which 1 drawing, 2 Annex, 1 diagram and 9 tables are presented. The list of references includes 67 items.
