Mentoring in the Context of Modern Company

The scientific effort highlights the results of a study that revealed the trends in semantic interpretation of mentoring concept, identifies the conditions for the mentoring developing, including mentor’s competence. The practical research including using such methods as content analysis, correlation, factor and cluster analyzes allowed to specify contemporary mentoring concepts in the field of human resource management. Moreover, the study of "NIAEP" company confirmed the importance of taking into consideration the working conditions of the company, such as organizational culture, relationships between mentor and young specialist, mentors’ competence. Considering the conditions which identified mentoring, we built the mentoring model for the company. The economic analysis of the effectiveness proved the competitive ability of this model.
