Organization of Lean Transformation of Management System in Integrated Structures on the Basis of Standards

The subject of transformations in Russian organizations becomes more and more significant because the efficiency of domestic companies is much lower than in foreign organizations. Existing approaches to transformations of management systems require large financial resources and too much time. In today’s conditions it is a significant limitation of their implementation. The author considers existing approaches to transformations and founds the importance of development of combined approach to transformations of management systems of integrated structures. The author described the approach to transformations of management systems of integrated structures based on the national standards of lean production, offered the road map of its implementation and assessed the effects of it. Received results can be used in developing of concepts and programs of implementing of transformations of management systems of integrated structures. Results of work have been used to develop the concepts of changes in two corporations.
