The purpose of work is choosing the model of competitiveness of the university on the market of consulting services. Object is a consulting activity in the market of consulting services. Subject is a complex of factors of competitiveness of the university on the market of consulting services. Theoretical significance consists of the systematization of the competitive models and to identify a set of factors that contribute to the formation of long-term cooperation between the customer and the service provider The practical significance is: 1. The analysis of the Nizhny Novgorod consulting market; 2. The marketing recommendations for the successful functioning of organizations in the field of consulting services. The methodology based on the model of A. Osterwalder, M. Porter and K. Ohmae. Final qualifying work consists of an introduction, two chapters, containing six paragraphs, conclusion and bibliography. Total volume is 70 pages, which include 42 figures and 3 tables.
