In the course of this work, it reveals the concept of business process and approaches to process management. The relevance of this topic is that modern companies are increasingly paying attention to the process approach in return hierarchical because the process approach involves improving the efficiency and independence of the business, this approach is reflected in many well-known companies such as Yukos, Norilsk Nickel and other giants. And as has been described in the literature by authors such as V. Repin, N. Abdikeyev, J.. Harrington and many others. The aim of this study is to develop a methodology for increasing the efficiency of business processes on the example of the company 1C-Center. The objectives of the study are to analyze the concept of business process analysis methodologies for the construction of business processes, analysis of ways to improve the efficiency of business processes, analysis of the current situation in the company 1C-Centre direction Information-technological support, development of recommendations to improve the current state of business processes 1C -Centre. The practical significance of this work lies in the fact that the increase in efficiency of business processes will allow more economical use of resources, increase market share, reduce the time for processing customer requests, which ultimately will increase the company's turnover and increase customer loyalty. The novelty lies in the fact that during this operation, based on the collected data- be developed and implemented approach to improve the efficiency of business processes of that will achieve positive effects in these practical significance.
