They relate not only to customers who purchase advertising services, but advertising agencies that provide this service and are fully responsible for its quality. The basic idea of investigation is to solve the identified problems through the implementation of an automation system that would help experts of contextual advertising to spend less time on routine operations and to devote more time to their own professional development. To achieve the goal of the study photo of the specialist’s working day was carried out, which resulted in full categorization of its operations in terms of the duration of their execution and automation complexity. Considering, in particular, the functionality of modern automation systems there were formulated the high-level business requirements for the system in the study, and also data diagram was projected. It shows the structure of the system and interaction of its modules. The result of the study has the greatest value to managers of different levels, working in advertising agencies. Two further paths of research development have been identified - improvement of requirements, or, at a more global level, its transformation into expert system.
