The Role of Third-Party Behavioral Strategy in Resolving Interpersonal Conflict

The social actuality of this work is determined by the trends of the of modern society. People are faced with conflict situations from early age. In preschool age interpersonal relationships are very complex, and become an integral system with its internal structure. In communicating with older, children learn important social and psychological experience, patterns of behavior in the team. Interpersonal conflicts are necessary for forming and develop the child. The theoretical review of the intervention of a third party in settlement of the conflict has allowed us to put forward the following hypotheses: 1.Strategiya intervention of a third party will influence the resolution of interpersonal conflict among preschoolers and adolescents. Hypothesis-investigation: 1. Using a third party to resolve the conflict preschool children probably come to a favorable resolution of it than teenagers. 2. Cooperating strategy of third party often results in an effective resolution of interpersonal conflicts among preschoolers. 3. The aggressive strategy of third party often results in an effective resolution of interpersonal conflicts among adolescents. Our results suggest the following conclusions: -The third party intervention in the resolution of interpersonal conflicts influence the process of conflict resolution among preschoolers. -There is a difference in the effectiveness of the participation of a third party in settlement of the conflict: the participation of a third party often leads to conflict resolution among preschool children than among adolescents. -There is a differences in the success of conflict resolution, depending on the choice of strategy of behavior of a third party: a collaborative strategy often leads to conflict resolution than aggressivе.
