In this paper reflects the results of the initial phase of the work associated with the optimization of the list of drugs used in patients with COPD. Pharmacoeconomic analysis conducted showed an expenditure of budgetary funds for the purchase of secondary drugs, due to the addition of secondary pathology. During treatment used primarily considered a 20% range of drugs. It should be noted physicians qualified approach to the treatment of comorbid diseases in this pathology.
