Development of Requirements for IP Automation of Business Processes of Service Center

The automated process has more stable characteristics than the process performed in the manual mode. In many cases, automation can improve productivity, reduce the execution time of the process, reduce the cost, increase the accuracy and stability of operations. Thanks for automating business processes, the efficiency of work will increase and highlight some of the benefits: increase speed of information processing, increase adaptability of business consistency of staff, control over volumes of information, automated manual work, reduced errors. In order to achieve these results will be done the following steps. In the first step will be learnt model of the organization “AS-IS” (reflects existing business processes) and model “TO-BE” (reflects the necessary changes of business processes with the introduction of information system). With the help of simulation tools, the model will be presented in the form of a diagram. After that, will be formed the functional and non-functional requirements for information system. The last step of work will be the choice of the information system for realization of tasks and satisfying allocated requirements.
