SDRE Control of Type 1 Diabets Mellits

Year by year, diabetes is affecting increasing numbers of people. Today, 4 million people in Russia diagnosed with "diabetes", and another 6 million are unaware of their disease. Poor control of the disease is able to lead to serious complications and premature death. In this paper, we consider the construction of guaranteeing control in diabetic patients using SDRE method. The paper discusses the main most used mathematical models to "glucose-insulin" system. Based on the minimal model of Bergman, synthesized by guaranteeing control and the simulation in Simulink system.
