Personnel Motivation in Automated Project Management

Final qualification work is devoted to the problem of personnel motivation in automated project management. The work consists of introduction, three chapters (Chapter 1. Personnel motivation in the project activities of the company; Chapter 2. Project activities of the audit company; Chapter 3. The formation of the methodology of selection and application of personnel motivation system for audit projects), conclusion, list of references. The aim of the study presented in the final qualifying work is to develop the methodology for the selection and application of the personnel motivation system in project management on the example of the existing audit company. In accordance with the intended purpose during the writing of final qualifying work the following results were obtained: analysis of existing systems of motivation was performed; the characteristics and specificity of the automated project management were studied; the organizational and economic characteristics of the auditing company were examined; the analysis used by the company the personnel motivation system and structure of project management was performed; recommendations for improving the existing system of staff motivation in the company were developed; the possibility of implementing the developed project of the personnel motivation system within project management in the company was assessed.
