Identifying Opportunities to Increase Results of E-business Activities on the Basis of Assessing the Quality of a Website

Web sites of e-commerce companies are part of the e-business strategy and become a key element for success in the online marketplace. Because e-business involves the interaction with the consumer more in the framework of information systems, in particular on the Internet. For example, the development of e-business it is important to have a good web interface, original and attractive website design and usability to keep and strengthen their competitive position and attract new customers. The purpose of the research: the development of recommendations to improve e-business performance based on evaluation of websites of online clothes shops. To achieve this goal were set the following tasks: • To explore the current e-business contents; • To determine the effect of the quality of the web site on performance of online shops; •To develop recommendations on the basis of assessing the quality of a website of online shops. The sample consisted of 7 online clothes shops included in the Yandex catalog with citation index over 1500. 100 respondents were selected for the evaluation of online clothes shops with 25 criteria. The questionnaire was used as a research method. Criteria of web site quality were assessed with five-point scale. The experts were men and women, who are 25-34 years old. questionnaires was sent, 46 replies received. Research has shown that there is a positive link between the quality of a website and the effectiveness of the online shops. Recommendations for improving the company's performance have been developed on the basis of the obtained results.
