Factors of Consumer Demand in the Music Industry

The present research aimed at investigating some key questions concerning factors of consumer’s demand of musical content, proposing the model, which uncovers the connection between consumer satisfaction and attributes of quality of musical content. The methods adopted in process of building the core of the model are generally accepted in cases of building customer satisfaction models. Also, research utilizes an original framework, proposed by the author, in order to finalize the model of evaluation of consumer satisfaction. Current study can be easily adopted for practical purposes, providing useful insights on the consumer perception of certain the musical content.
