Critical Factors of ERP- System's Implementation Projects

The present research will examine the interrelationship of critical success factors (CSFs) for enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems implementation using multiple case studies and interviews that will be provided. To be more specific, the future research will be concerned with some essential steps of ERP implementation projects according to a particular phase of project life cycle. It is anticipated that the results of this study will help to bring certain improvements into existing models of ERPs implementation as consistent with the specific of national business environment, then making it more applicable to most Russian companies and give particular recomendations for the company participating in research.
