Internet Marketing Implementation for the Promotion a New Residential Complex

This thesis project deals with the development of Internet marketing strategies with regard to the primary real estate market of Moscow and Moscow region. Selection of study area was dictated by the fact that today the online space provides plenty of opportunities for the development and promotion of business entities. It should be emphasized that in some areas (eg, sale of tickets or scope of online education) Internet marketing is developing rapidly whereas other experts are only beginning to apply the methods of Internet marketing. Theoretical foundations of Internet marketing give an opportunity of depth study of the specific internet marketing tools in a more narrow areas of business - in the primary real estate market, and the specifics of the application of modern and relevant methods of marketing in this area will develop practical recommendations to improve the efficiency of the primary real estate market. The aim of the research is to study the most effective tools of Internet marketing and to develop a marketing campaign of promotion a residential complex on the internet that will increase brand awareness and subsequently the level of sales (on the example of the new residential complex "Ryazanovsky").
