The Implementation of Infrastructure Projects for Regional Social Services Market Development Incentives

The graduation project is devoted to Implementation of Infrastructure Projects for Regional Social Services Market Development Incentive. The research contains: pages – 59, figures – 7, tables – 4. It was used 59 sources. Keywords: social infrastructure, social investments, public-private partnership, investment attractiveness. The research object is attraction process of non-budget investments into social infrastructure projects implementation. The research subject is social infrastructure projects implementation with using public-private partnership. The hypothesis of research is the assumption that exist a set of certain, not financial benefits which involve business in social projects with using public-private partnership and influence the volume of the attracted investments. The research consists of introduction, two chapters and conclusion. In introduction relevance of research, object and subject of research, the purpose and objectives locates. Also problem readiness degree, the scientific and practical importance reveals and the hypothesis is formulated. The first Chapter is devoted to the theoretical analysis of investments into social infrastructure, the description of the investors who invest into social infrastructure, forms of interaction between the state and business and approaches to an assessment of efficiency of joint projects is carried out. The second Chapter includes the analysis of social infrastructure investment projects in the Samara region based on regression model. In the conclusion there are results of the analysis and recommendation on developing the social services market. The scientific importance of research represents new theoretical approach to an assessment of social investment projects implementation for private business.
