Organizational And Economic Mechanism Of Decision-making For The Strategic Investor

Investments are a basis of development of the enterprises, separate branches and economies in general. Economic activity of the enterprises is substantially characterized by the volume and forms of the carried-out investments. Incompleteness of information on development of the situation becomes important feature of investment activity of the enterprise in the conditions of the market that defines impossibility of obtaining accurate values of results of investment and reliability of the made decisions. It introduces new requirements to planning process as at incomplete information and new conditions of investment object. That is why it is necessary to develop various versions of planned decisions and measure their productivity in possible situations. Therefore in this work was made a research of uncertainty and the risks connected with transactions of strategic investment. And on the basis of the obtained data was constructed a model for decision-making, that hepls to provide timely reaction to all changes. Objective of this research - development of a method of decision-making taking into account risks and uncertainty that corresponds to modern conditions of investment and confirms relevance of carrying out research in this subject. During work the concept "strategic investment" and a method of decision-making of Fuzzy Logic (fuzzy logic) has been widely studied . Besides,here was made a review of data on transactions in media of the industry of Russia since the beginning of the 2000th years , As a result of the carried-out work was received the decision-making model according to transactions of strategic investment which can be put into practice .
