Setting Goals to Z-Generation Employees
Representatives of new generation, Generation Z, are about to enter the workforce in the next decade. Having their own value ladder, Generation Z seems to differ from their predecessors, sharing distinctive preferences for management approach exposure. The paper investigates how goal-setting process to Generation Z should be organised. The quantitative methodology is employed to survey approximately 100 representatives from this generational cohort. As a result, the research explored the peculiarities of goal-setting process to Generation Z through such variables of the goal-setting process as: task complexity, explicitness, job involvement, frequency of the feedback, system of rewards.
