Coordination of Interests of a Private School and its Teachers of Their Career Pathways

As a result of the work the innovative model of teachers’ career pathways - model of "career lattice" for the Russian market of educational services was presented. The model was built on the basis of involvement of teachers in school leadership roles. The model includes a description of:  The specific positions that teachers can hold (the horizontal component of the lattice);  Qualification level (vertical component of the lattice);  Assessment procedures;  Typical trajectory of career paths for teachers in the model of «career lattice». The model is based on the research, best practices of top world schools and the survey of the potential teachers of the new private school project.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.

Summaries of all theses must be published and made freely available on the HSE website.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree. After a thesis is published on the HSE website, it obtains the status of an online publication.

Student theses are objects of copyright and their use is subject to limitations in accordance with the Russian Federation’s law on intellectual property.
