This study focuses on link between employee engagement and employee motivation types. The research background is the lack of knowledge about link between employee engagement and employee motivation types. The study is based on data collected in Russian office of Cushman & Wakefield , commercial real estate services firm. The results showed the link between employee engagement level and professional type of employee motivation.

The recommendations for HR-managers and middle and top managers of Russian organizations were developed in accordance with research results.
