Coaching as a Tool for HR Management

This current research paper is an attempt at studying the features of a coaching process. This newly appeared style of the human resource management becomes more and more popular in modern and constantly changing business environment. The urgency lies in the fact that a number of features accompanies the coaching implementation process. Consequently, the main purpose of the research is to create a list of recommendations to implement this embedding as a tool of HR management. The survey includes in-depth interviews with the companies that already had this practice and coaches. The program developed on the results will be useful for companies that are only running the coaching implementation and it will also help to correct the mistakes of those who have already started this process.
