Recruitment System Improvement in the Organization

In the article the conceptual framework in the field of staff recruitment is classified and analyzed; the properties inherent in staff recruitment system in an organization, are studied. The concept of staff recruitment system is analyzed, the main principles and stages of its formation are considered. The analysis of the current staff recruitment system in the company OOO "LUKOIL-PERM" is conducted, the process of recruitment of new employees in the company is fully considered. During the analysis of corporate records, questioning of employees of the personnel department, the interview with the head of the personnel department and the observation in the analyzed unit, the major recruitment system problems are identified. In accordance with problems discovered the recommendations for its improvement are developed. All recommendations include the composition of the necessary activities, regulatory documents, the responsible persons and ways of carrying out the changes.
