Optimization of Sale Process of Bank Guarantees at the Zapadno-Uralsky Bank of Sberbank of Russia

The purpose of this research is making practical recommendations and activities on optimization of the bank guarantee sales process by the Office of Small Business of Zapadno-Uralsky Bank of PJSC «Sberbank of Russia». In order to analyze and solve the problems of the bank guarantee sales process has used instrument of «six sigma» such as DMAIC. At the first stage of the project it was found that the main problem of bank guarantee sale is the long time to the filing of an application for a bank guarantee to signing it. During the project the current state of the process was reviewed in detail, the "weaknesses" of the process were found and the main causes of the key problem were identified (the diagram of Ishikawa was constructed). The result of the project is the development of new rules of bank guarantees sales of Zapadno-Uralsky Bank of PJSC «Sberbank of Russia» which contains recommendations that eliminate the problematic process space.
