Training Center Development Program in the Organization

Training of staff in organization is a very urgent topic within market relations today. For every organization it is necessary to have such training system which would provide it the high level of competitiveness and the stable position in the market. The most effective way to achieve this purpose is the organization of training into the firm which would be turned to the satisfaction of main organizational tasks. This graduation qualification thesis is oriented to creation the program of training center development for the OAO «Краснокамский завод металлических сеток». This purpose was achieved owing to the analysis of theoretical framework of the training research, the interview with the chief executive of the training unit ОАО «Новомет-Пермь», thanks to the observation and also owing to the analysis of different special company documents. The result of this thesis is the improved regulation on the professional training and the new regulation on training center ОАО «КЗМС».
