The Problem of Assessing School Staff through Effective Contract

The final qualifying work is devoted to the analysis of the evaluation staff of the Municipal educational institution "secondary school № 79" Perm on the basis of an effective contract. In this work you can find the theoretical basis of personnel assessment, as well as the analysis of personnel appraisal system at school № 79 on the basis of which was developed the criteria for assessing employees on the basis of an effective contract, and calculated the effectiveness of their implementation. The actuality of this work is determined by the transformation of labor relations in the Russian education system, the need for the development of professional standards of teachers and the improvement of the efficiency of the personnel of educational institutions. The novelty and scientific importance of the work lie in the potential application of the developed criteria for evaluation of staff through the effective contract. . The work consists of 3 chapters, an introduction, a conclusion, a list of used sources and literature. In the thesis work there are 23 tables, 9 figures and 5 appendices.
