Responsibility of Medical Workers: Analysis of the Regulatory Framework and Prospects of Crime Prevention

Medical work is very difficult to study the object-person, and in the health system are used difficult methods and techniques, it involved employees of a large number of professions. The legislation of the Russian Federation on health care has no special legal generally accepted standards, is quite clearly the regulatory Affairs related to preventive and qualification of medical errors and their legal results. The aim of this study is to determine the characteristics of the responsibility of medical personnel for any medical offences, on the basis of which identify the existing problems of legal regulation of the field. During the research, there were analyzed statistical data of the Main information-analytical center (MIAC) Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia and Judicial Department at the Supreme Court of Russia. In criminological studies a research of the statistics has considerable importance for the investigation of crimes committed by medical workers. There were indentified measures for the prevention of professional offenses of medical workers.
