This thesis proposes a methodical work on implicit measurement of job motivation. As a result of presented theoretical analysis we have established a well-proved base for such a measurement – the dual-process model. We stopped our choice on the implicit associative test technology, or simply IAT, as an instrumental basis for the method developed, which was then significantly modified for motivation-related usage. The empirical study results shows that we have successfully developed procedure for validity research of test stimuli, specific scoring algorithm for the test itself and, moreover, the implicit test of job motivation we developed is sustainable with social desirability bias.
