Legal and Organizational Bases of Modification of Duty Regulations of the Doctor

The modernization of the Russian health care system last years still leaves some of the problems unsolved, partly because of incomplete reforms in this area. In recent years, great changes are subject to the competence of labor health care worker, including the qualification requirements and the scope of powers. The aim of this work is the analysis of legislative and other innovations, was the reason changes in the job physician instructions. To address this objective was to analyze the effect of introduction of professional standards in the duties of employees. Changes were studied made to the job description, under the administration of an effective contract. As part of this work was to study the effect of a change in accreditation of professional competencies medical officer, as well as an analysis of the legal and organizational aspects of the development of job descriptions in connection with the innovations in the regulation of labor relations with employees. In conclusion, recommendations for changes in job descriptions.
