To determine the psychological type of personality for the psychologist will not be easy, but for the regular analysis of a group of people will spend large amounts of time that is not beneficial to the organization. Thus, the relevance of this work stems from the fact that the creation of a supporting tool for automating the process of identifying psychological typology, will be demanded from the organization for recruitment, and for the formation of working teams for various tasks. The aim of this work is to automate the process of determining the personality types of employees or prospective employees on the basis of their texts in social networks, to help organizations for recruitment, or in the formation of the working team. The basis of Carl Jung, is an excellent tool for determining the qualitative features of personality, which will help in solving the topical problem, the problem of qualitative recruitment. He reveals all the facets of a person, his strengths and weaknesses, to the class of problems which can handle people having a certain psycho. Since social networks are a living reflection of how the person and his activity. They allow people to reveal all the secrets lurking in the depths of the subconscious of each of them. Therefore, social networks open new opportunities for new opportunities for employers to analyze their future employees, or for companies to define their desired audience. Thereby helping to solve the problem of recruitment. The result of this work, was made choice of algorithm for the analysis of texts based on rules and dictionaries. This method was tested and established himself as the most suitable to identify the psycho user, as the profile in social networks and some elements of the summary. This method does not lose its relevance, as it can be easily improved by adding new words to the dictionary and the creation of new rules.
