The aim of this work is to automate the process of determining the personality types of employees or prospective employees on the basis of their texts in social networks, to help organizations for recruitment, or in the formation of the working team. The basis of Carl Jung, is an excellent tool for determining the qualitative features of personality, which will help in solving the topical problem, the problem of qualitative recruitment. He reveals all the facets of a person, his strengths and weaknesses, to the class of problems which can handle people having a certain psycho. Since social networks are a living reflection of how the person and his activity. They allow people to reveal all the secrets lurking in the depths of the subconscious of each of them.
