Civic Education of Students in the Secondary Education of Perm
Research is devoted to the peculiarities of the development of civil education of pupils in secondary educational institutions of Perm. On the basis of local acts of educational institutions defined the main directions of the organization of civic education in the city of Perm. The study is based on empirical material educational institutions "on the self-reporting" for the 2014/15 biennium., And questioning students and teachers of social science Perm city educational institutions. The results lead to the conclusion that the civic education in the city of Perm is implemented through substantive and extracurricular activities, with the participation of governmental and non-governmental institutions, however, events are more situational and systemic nature. Within the framework of the implementation of the new federal state educational standards in educational institutions need to build their own and determine the results of educational work, in particular the formation of civil qualities. The solution to this problem was to develop a set of measures aimed at improving the organization of civic education competencies.
