Perm Krai Companies and Corporate Social Responsibility: a Case Study of Sports Development Programmes

This work is devoted to the study of corporate social responsibility of enterprises in the Perm region. The object of study: the corporate social responsibility of enterprises of Perm region. Subject of research: sports development program. Purpose of the work: to determine the principles by which the company of Perm Krai implements a set of social programs in a particular for the funding and development of sport. Tasks: 1. To study the theoretical and methodological approaches of CSR. 2. To identify the factors of development of CSR as an institution by the example of the companies in Perm Krai that are engaged in the development of sport. This work was performed within the framework of neo-institutionalism. The main method of data collection was a method of in-depth interviews. The respondents will serve the people involved in social policy in such enterprises in Perm Krai. Analysis of interviews revealed a number of incentives by which companies invest in the construction of sports facilities. The first stimulus - tax benefits, the second - the fight against “brain drain", the third - the improvement of the company's rating in the country and abroad, the fourth - to support small cities of the region and improvement of social services, the fifth - care about health of inhabitants of the region and the sixth - is to increase awareness of management companies.
