The Development of Controller of an Industrial Robot for Painting the Surface of Bodies

The purpose of this work is to develop the controller of an industrial robot for painting the surface phone Produced by simulation of fuzzy controller of generalized coordinates when painting the surface of the body. In work the description of the entire installation and principle of operation of the robot manipulator in the process of high-precision positioning of points on the surface under the nozzle. The assessment of the quality of the submitted technology of painting the body with the use of robotic systems by using a program in C# that allows to evaluate the technological process for the number of errors and time to completion.
