Public and Municipal Servants' Competencies: the Demand Problem

This work considers the problem of relevance of competencies of educational standards for the "public and municipal administration" direction. Analyzed the relevance of the competencies, which young professionals will own after after they complete education on this programs, using methods of theoretical analysis of the relevant literature, Federal Laws and normative legal acts, as well as using the method of expert interview and questionnaire. The aim of this study was to identify current competencies of state and municipal employees that are in demand on the labour market.
