System Design the Analysis of Consumer Preferences in Choosing Bank Products

The aim of this work was the understanding of what are consumer preferences and how to link them with banking products. The drafting of the system of analysis of the market of banking products as a result of which it is possible to create the products satisfy consumer preferences and improving the position of the Bank. The problems of this study was the question of how to implement the system (ordered sequence) of a study of Bank products amid competition from other banks. And how using this study, you can determine what the customer need and how to meet it. In this work more accurately revealed a direct relationship between the user need and position of the Bank. On the one hand shows how to calculate the client's request, on the other, how from a consumer's satisfaction depends on the income of the Bank. For more visibility given to illustrate the different pieces of work (11 Fig.), also the study includes tables and charts. Also provided the data of the conducted research in the Bank's and assessed at the dismantled systems of matrix analysis.
