The Style of Management and Rating Status of Educational Organization

The purpose of the master's thesis was to identify leadership styles that affect the rating status of an educational organization. The thesis examined the issues of management and leadership, the basic leadership styles, revealed the characteristics that define an effective portrait of the head, covers the main approaches to the formation of educational institutions ratings, studied peculiarities of educational institutions ratings St. Petersburg, analyze statistical data about the leaders of educational organizations in the formal / informal ratings of St. Petersburg, identified the main leadership styles of educational organizations, specific directors of leading schools and outsiders schools justified their impact on the rating status of an educational organization. In the study empirically proven that the rating status of an educational organization for formal and informal signs depend on the style of management of the educational institution, namely: the high position in the rankings will take formal educational organization, which is dominated by a directive style of leadership; high positions in the national ranking will hold an educational organization, which dominates the conceptual style of leadership. Master's thesis is presented on pages 89, supplemented by one application, includes 12 tables, 6 diagrams, based on 57 sources.
