Entrepreneurs have come to understand that the site of the World Wide Web can be well used as a platform for the sale of goods and services. In 2014 within the company "Era-Telecom" there was an idea of creating a new product. At the beginning of 2016, the WIFI SOCIAL software program was created that allows all users of the Internet network to be registered by phone number, as well as by social networks, since each phone number is tied to a phone number. Service, has additional values, which are now very much in demand. These values include advertising and communication with real people. Given such an opportunity, companies have a chance to avoid economic inefficiencies, "lost profits" and maximize benefits from the cost of providing additional services in the form of free Wi-Fi. The aim of the work is to develop a development strategy based on the example of the WIFI SOCIAL project. To achieve the goal of the work, the author completed the tasks: • Find and review driver development project • Study the principles of marketing in IT companies • Give a general description of the project • Carry out VRIO, PEST, SWOT analyzes • Develop a draft, development strategy for the project "WIFI SOCIAL" The object of the research is the competitive project "WIFI SOCIAL", the research subject is the project development strategy. The practical importance of this work is the possibility of using the results obtained in the development of the strategic activity of the project.
