Mobile Application Development for Checking English Verb Tenses

English is the world language of today. Knowledge of English is necessary to each modern person. Students can use a special mobile application to learn English. This research proposal is devoted to design, development and testing of mobile applications for the checking use English verb tense. This mobile application helps students learn rules of use English verb tense on real text. The methods used in this work is to design with UML diagrams, syntax and morphological analysis of the text, and methods of functional and usability testing. As a result it was created mobile application will help students to learn English tense verb fast, free and on real texts.
