The study presents the results of the theoretical analysis of the organization's social efficiency, the concept of "trust in the organization", the trust concept among different categories of staff, as well as the importance of mutual respect and trust in developing and achieving the organization's objectives in the long term. The results of the empirical study are described; they allowed tracing peculiarities in the confidence manifestation among the representatives of the structural divisions with different social performance levels, the relationship between the level of employees trust demonstration and organization's social efficiency and managers’ decision-making orientations. The structural units with the average level of social efficiency employees revealed high level of efficiency, honesty, trust as to their team, the average level of caring about others; at the same time units with low social efficiency personnel demonstrate middle, with a tendency towards low values for all of these indicators of trust. Alongside with the increase of trust to the head of division, to the organization as a whole, the units with average social efficiency employees demonstrate increased satisfaction with production and living conditions, the work organization and the amount of work necessary to perform. High performance facilitates the tendency of these units’ staff to display initiative, to be more active, responsible and productive in the process of operation. For the divisions with low social efficiency representatives the achievement of high results of activity suggests competition, rivalry, conflicts with the colleagues. The data obtained can serve as a basis for developing ways to elaborate and maintain the optimal level of trust in the organization, making competent management decisions, in order to achieve high social efficiency in the structural units and the educational organization as a whole.
