Development of a Gamification Based Project

The urgency of work are development of a healthy way of life, strengthening of a competition in the market of fitness services and successful experience of introduction of technologies of gaming. The main goal of the fitness center is to strengthen competitive position and attract new customers. In this regard, was developed a gamification based project for the fitness center "Coliseum" in Perm. What is more, to realise the goal, there was studied gaming strategies, approaches to business modelling, analysed the business environment for launching a new service, developed a business model based on «Lean Canvas». More over, the project was simulated, a survey was conducted to determine the NPS index and recommendations for the promotion of the project. In conclusion, with the help of the implemented project, the following effects were achieved: increase the percentage of customer involvement, motivation of employees, possibility for inflow of new consumers and expansion of business.
