Zukhra Baemova The Legal Regulation of Labor Relations of Persons Working Part-Time The aim of this final qualifying work is to conduct a comparative analysis of institutions «сombine jobs» and « combining professions (positions)». The final qualifying work consists of an introduction, two chapters, six paragraphs, a conclusion and a bibliography. In Chapter I the author provides an overview of the theoretical and historical aspects of the study of the institutions «combine jobs» and «combining professions (positions)». In Chapter II the author conducts a review and analysis of the practical aspects of «combine jobs» and «combining professions (positions)» Based on this investigation the following conclusions were formulated: firstly, the inclusion of the «combine jobs» and «combining professions (positions)» institutions in the Russian labor legislation was due to labor shortages; secondly, it is necessary to amend the Labor Code the term “additional work” that should be interpreted more widely; thirdly, the author supports the position that the essence of «combining of professions (positions)» is to perform a new job function within an established by employment contract hours of work; fourthly, the author came to the conclusion that the labour law should reflect the ways of solving problems in the field of working time and rest time, compensation for additional work and guarantees of compensation.
