In this research I want to consider the problem of labor migration in Russia. So, for better perception of this problem I will divide the whole project into 3 parts: historical purposes to this problem, modern development of Russian labor legislation and comparative analysis of international experience in finding solutions to this problem. In addition to this, combination of 3 parts will allow us to find the optimal way of development of the migration situation in Russia. I hope that this research will make possible to better clarify the situation with labor migrants, in particular, to find better ways to protect their rights in Russia. To describe the problem of labor migration in the modern world, we should focus on some monographs by different scientists who specialize in Labor law. In addition to this, I should use some statistic materials and different cases of court practice to explain porpoises and find some solutions to this problem. During writing this research, I want to analyze the real situation of labor migration in Russia. It will include determination the real exact number of labor migrants in Russia and comparison with official statistics, analyzing some cases of violation of the rights of international workers because it is really interesting to find some gaps in court practice and try to find the way to change it. Of course, the main goal of this research is finding the most sutable definition of term "international worker". In addition to this, I will try to emphasize that the use of international legislation to protect the rights of labor migrants is a rather sporting idea in Russia for many reasons.
