Evaluation of the Implementation of the Effective Contract for Faculty

In the theoretical part of the paper analyzes the legislative and normative-legal acts regulating the translation relationship between the management and employees of educational institutions of higher education on the effective contract. Based on the reviewed scientific publications and regulatory documents disclosed notion of an effective contract, the purpose and implementation of tasks, effective model contract and its rough structure. Analyzed foreign and domestic experience in the development and implementation of effective contracts in higher education. In the practical part of the study describes the experience of the development and implementation of effective contract for the teaching staff of the Institute. We describe the rules and procedure of the transition of workers to effective contract, as well as the results of a series of measures. The recommendations for effective implementation of the contract in educational institutions of higher education.
