Impact of Management Roles on Group Work
The research presented in the master's thesis is aimed at finding solutions to increase labor productivity, in terms of increasing the effectiveness of interaction within working groups. As part of the work done, the review of management role models is made, the functions and management styles are compared, the content of the influence of management tools on the parameters of the role model is disclosed, the relationship between the managerial role of the leader and the work of his team is experimentally established, it is studied how a particular role model affects the quality of the work of the group. The result of the interpretation of the data obtained during the social experiment was the development of practical recommendations for improving the effectiveness of small working groups, outlined the prospects for further research.
