The question of understanding the corporate culture is very acute in today's business world. In addition, the sustainable development and increase of competitive advantages significantly contribute to a careful strategy of corporate social responsibility policy. This research work aims to create a list of recommendations for the development of CSR policy in the context of company’s organizational culture. Thus, the object of research is corporate social responsibility as an element of organizational culture, while the subject will be the relationship of these two elements. The study involves the use of different methods: interview, observation, survey and analysis of normative documents. The results of the work will be recommendations that can contribute to the development of corporate social responsibility practices, based on the organization's existing corporate culture. We used 6 tables, 14 figures and 3 appendices; list of references contains 72 sources. The total number of pages is 87.
