The master's thesis is devoted to the development of the road map for the development of the science city of Pushchino, Moscow region and the application of this tool to the "A-BIO" Firm. The relevance of this study lies in the fact that the country has a question of choosing a new strategy of innovative and technological development, designed for a long-term perspective. However, in our country the process of regulating and supporting the development of innovations is very difficult, despite the many adopted resolutions in this area. At the moment, many foreign countries use the mechanism of road mapping, which allows to concentrate the efforts of the state on the implementation of scientific, technical and innovative potential. In the context of international sanctions and the economic crisis, the development of the Moscow region has slowed down. To ensure sustainable development of the region's economy, modernization and development of science cities is required. With all the available opportunities and advantages over other science cities, the development of Pushchino at the moment has deteriorated. Thus, in order to disclose the scientific potential and identify more specific problems of the science city development, it is necessary to develop a road map. Also, on a more particular example, it is important to consider the development map of the company A-BIO. The purpose of the work is the development of the road map for the development of the science city of Pushchino, Moscow region, and the use of the road mapping tool on the company A-BIO. The research is based on a comparative analysis of the experience of using the "road mapping" tool and on such methods as deduction, induction and description, which are expressed in a detailed study of mapping objects. The result of this study is two road maps for the development of these facilities, which will serve as the basis for the development of the potential of A-BIO, the Puschino and the Moscow region.
