Graduation qualification work on the theme: "The Development of Mechanisms and Forms of Support for Innovative Projects Early Stages as a Tool to Stimulate Innovation in Russia Region". Key words: innovative projects, innovative activities, regions of the Russian Federation, development of mechanisms and forms of support, seed stage, incentive tools. The relevance of the selected topics of the final qualifying work is obvious. In Russia, it is necessary to develop existing mechanisms and forms of supporting projects of the early stages. The developed system of support of projects of early stages is a powerful tool of stimulation of innovative activity. This directly affects the innovative development of the region, and the innovative and economic development of the country as a whole. The goal of the final qualifying work is to propose the development of mechanisms and forms of supporting projects of the early stages, based on the experience of the best world practices. Such development is a sufficiently justified tool for stimulating innovation activity and these tools are successfully applied in the leading countries of innovation activity. The object of the study is the region of Russian Federation. The subject of the research is the mechanisms and forms of supporting innovative projects of the early stages in the RF region. When writing the work, various methods and methods of research were used, including system, comparative, analytical and historical approaches. The results of practical activities were included in the work. Namely, some results obtained during the practice in the innovative company "A-BIO", an interview with leading experts and CEO of the company A.M. Frank. The scientific novelty of the study is to propose the development of mechanisms and forms of support for projects of the early stages, which can later be effectively applied in practice.
