The main problem addressed in this work is to improve flight safety through the development of the algorithm for estimating the suitability of aircraft transport of passengers. This research consists of a description of existing strategies of the aircraft, analyzing the main documents regulating the rules of investigation of aviation incidents, analyzing of existing information-analytical systems for accounting and analysis of aircraft incidents, developing a functional model of the process of accounting and analysis of the frequency of occurrence of aviation incidents using IDEF0 methodology, creating a data repository of aviation incidents in «MS SQL Server 2012» and a Windows application that allows to analyze their repeatability. This application was implemented in "Microsoft Visual Studio 2012" using object-oriented C# programming language and the technology multi-dimensional processing and data analysis – OLAP. In addition, the automated analysis of the risks associated with the technical operation of aircraft in excess of the designated resource was carried out. Also, algorithms for recording and analysis of the frequency of occurrence of aviation incidents were developed using the ARIS methodology. This work was carried out on the example of the company «Aeroflot», all data used for analysis were found in publicly available sources, including network «Internet». Because of execution of the work the main objective of the study was achieved an algorithm to increase the safety of aircraft, a measure of the aircraft, in terms of continued operation beyond design life, was developed. The application of this algorithm it is possible, as for the large companies-carriers, and smaller.
