Architecture Development of Integrative IT-Solusion for the Automatization of the Government Pension Insurance Process

Master's dissertation is devoted to the automatization of the Government pension insurance process. The purpose of this work is to improve the process of information exchange with the service consumer and to form an Enterprise architecture for the quality improvement. The following tasks were solved:  examined standards, where quality criteria described,  evaluated significance of the quality criteria  analyzed the processes of the Enterprise  proposed quality measures of the processes  evaluated processes with the quality measures  formed recommendations for the process improvement of the Enterprise and evaluated new processes.  formed business architecture, business model, motivation model, strategic goal’s map. The results consists of the recommendations for the process improvement of the Enterprise and their quality improvement and of the forming business architecture of the integrated IT- Solution. In this work were used: COBIT 5, Zachman’s Framework, strategic goal’s map Business model canvas, Archimate 3.0, MS Visio.
