The relevance of the study lies in the fact that the organization realized the need for a clear system of human resource management, and its improvement requires a comprehensive study of this system. The problem of the research is the specificity of personnel management in hotels, which becomes a source of negative consequences for organizations that can be expressed in a high level of staff turnover, low team unity. The main methods of research are the analysis of organizational documents, management survey and employee survey. In the result, it was revealed that the organization is missing a number of documents in the HRM field, uses an inefficient recruitment process, and there is a need to expand the system of evaluation and motivation of employees. The developed solutions are designed to clearly identify the structure of the HRM system in the organization, and to cover problem areas that can lead to improving the effectiveness of HR and the entire company.
