Theme: "Development of Science and Technologies in Republic of Korea at the end of XX and Beginning of XXI Centuries". The volume of the thesis is 72 pages, on which are placed 2 figures and 2 tables. Keywords: science, technology, development. The object of the study was the Republic of Korea. The subject of the study was the historical stages of the scientific and technological revolution in the Republic of Korea. The thesis includes an introduction, three chapters, final conclusion. The introduction reveals the relevance of research on the chosen direction, the problem, the purpose and objectives of the research are posed, the object, the subject of scientific research is determined, a hypothesis is formulated, a goal and tasks are set, and the methodological base of the research is indicated. Chapter 1 examines the role of scientific and technological progress in the history of mankind, the stages of the scientific and technological revolution in history. Chapter two examines the scientific and technological progress of the united Korea in the pre-colonial and colonial periods, analyzes the influence of the Second World War and the division of Korea. The third chapter identifies the influence of the United States on the development of the scientific and technological revolution in the Republic of Korea, justifies the impact of information. technology on the scientific and technological revolution in South Korea, explores the role of South Korean chaebols in the development of the scientific and technological revolution, and examines social and cultural changes in the Republic of Korea Technical revolution. In conclusion of the work, the main conclusions of the study.
